As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding our exceptional operational standards to provide customers with the smoothest experiences and closely align with the Head of Operations to ensure the entire department’s success.

Key responsibilities:

Promote SIM Card & eSIM products. expanding the company’s customer base and generating new revenue streams.

Conduct research and gather information on potential customers, agents, and businesses in the international travel sector.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of product features, prices, advantages, and disadvantages, as well as similar products in the market.

Drive contract signings by actively promoting and negotiating agreements with customers.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers and expand your network of potential clients.

Nurture existing business relationships while actively seeking new opportunities for growth.

Deliver excellent customer care and consistently strive to develop loyal customer relationships.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of related Sales/Account Management experience in the travel or technology industry.

Familiarity with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and cross-bordering sales practices is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
