HR Administrator

Gohub is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including arranging interviews, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee relations activities, including leaves of absence, performance management, and terminations.
  • Draft, prepare and send offer letters for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership.
  • Manage probation contracts and transition employees to employment contracts.
  • Handle the offboarding process for departing employees, including collecting company property and finalizing payroll.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Experience with HR systems a plus.
