Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales revenue by entering detailed data into Misa Accounting software.
- Monitor and report cash collections from sales, controlling related costs of card transactions and expenses at store locations.
- Reconcile detailed sales revenue and collections with the Sales Department from both online and offline sales channels.
- Keep track of inventory promptly as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Accurately monitor the status of accounts receivable.
- Analyze daily accounts receivable from each sales channel.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and VAS standards.
- Issue VAT invoices to customers in accordance with tax regulations.
- Report output VAT.
Requirements:
- Graduate from college/university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Misa Accounting software or similar invoicing software.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales accounting or accounts receivable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in retail companies.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
