As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding our exceptional operational standards to provide customers with the smoothest experiences and closely align with the Head of Operations to ensure the entire department’s success.

Job Descriptions:

Inventory management:
-
Lead inventory forecasting efforts to ensure accurate stock levels.

Run demand planning and manage the S&OP process by collaborating with internal stakeholders (MKT, Product, Sales, Finance) to gather and justify all related building blocks in monthly demand plans. Ensure that the demand forecasts align with sales goals and support the company’s growth trajectory.

Maintain and update demand master data (proportional forecast factor, historical corrections, and phase-in/phase-outs).

Logistic management:

Oversee e-commerce logistics for SIM card products across all our sales channels, ensuring timely fulfillment for both Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi branches.

Optimize logistics processes to meet the business’s delivery standards, enhancing customer satisfaction

System operations:

Manage and operate Gohub’s eSIM technical systems, ensuring uninterrupted fulfillment across global time zones.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the functionality of the systems supporting product delivery.

Team management & optimization:

Lead and manage a growing team of 10+ people, provide coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Enhance and refine the existing operations processes, standards, procedures, tools by leveraging and adapting the existing best practices, policies and methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Tech with at least 3 years in team leadership or managerial positions.

Strong understanding of supply chains, and business operations/procedures, especially for digital products.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Demonstrates strong organizational and management skills with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
