Key responsibilities:

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 06 months of experience in e-commerce, sales or account management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces is a preferred.
