As our B2C Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our exceptional sales standards and propelling us toward global success, driving revenue growth as we enter new markets.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of B2C sales professionals.

Strong KPIs tracking & target setting skills

Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Implement effective sales processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from lead generation to conversion.

Sales Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key sales metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, eSim technology advancements, and competitive offerings.

Train and ensure the sales team is well-informed about product features and benefits.

Training, QA/QC:

Design and conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team remains updated on industry trends, eSim technology advancements, and competitive offerings.

Establish and enforce quality standards for B2C sales processes to ensure consistency and excellence in customer interactions.

Conduct regular audits of sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Fluent English is a must.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales leadership, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
