About the opportunity
Key Responsibilities:

Make comprehensive market research about the global eSIM market and suggest market testing strategy/tactics.

Develop and implement strategies and action plans to drive mobile app growth, focusing on app installs, acquiring new users, and increasing revenue.

Manage and optimize online advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Store,…

Utilize A/B testing, multi-channel attribution, and other analytical tools to refine marketing strategies and maximize performance across all digital platforms.

Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

Extract and process data to support customer analysis and campaign optimization.

Monitor and analyze metrics, adjust, and optimize campaign costs: including click cost, impressions, conversions (CPI, ROAS, CPL, CPC, CPV, etc.).

Keep up date with market trends, understand customer insights, and propose ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Work closely with creative, content teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
Idea Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
-
At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Proven experience in successfully entering and expanding into global markets is a significant advantage.

Strong project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of media campaigns
-
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external media partners.

Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese

Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry and seasonal tourism trends is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.

Strong knowledge of ASO, SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) for data-driven decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced with app-focused marketing, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
-
Having knowledge of the global market is a plus.
