As our B2C Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our exceptional sales standards and propelling us toward global success, driving revenue growth as we enter new markets.
Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of B2C sales professionals.
    • Strong KPIs tracking & target setting skills
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.
  2. Sales Strategy Execution:
    • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
    • Implement effective sales processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
  3. Sales Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key sales metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, eSim technology advancements, and competitive offerings.
    • Train and ensure the sales team is well-informed about product features and benefits.
  5. Training, QA/QC:
    • Design and conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team remains updated on industry trends, eSim technology advancements, and competitive offerings.
    • Establish and enforce quality standards for B2C sales processes to ensure consistency and excellence in customer interactions.
    • Conduct regular audits of sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales leadership, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willing to work by shift
  • Has the ability to handle diversity and pressure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analytics tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with eSim technology and the telecommunications industry is a plus.
