Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be accountable for revenue targets of Gohub through the partnerships and B2B channels. You will identify new business opportunities, build partnerships and manage a BD/B2B sales team to ultimately drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the travel industry, including travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and tourism boards.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  2. Market Expansion:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand our customer base.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  4. Proposal and Contract Management:
    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
    • Ensure all agreements and contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive network and strong relationships within the travel industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
