E-Commerce Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing product optimization on assigned platforms.
  • Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve agreed-upon revenue targets for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (must-have)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (a plus)
