Job Descriptions:

  1. Workflow Management:
    1. Collaboration with other departments to develop SOPs that ensure all teams can work smoothly.
    2. Enhance current workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations.
    1. Ensure all inquiries will be addressed on time.
    2. Assisted team members in resolving issues and problems.
    3. Auditing tasks and tickets for quality control and risk management.
  3. Managing People
    1. Arrange resources and allocate tasks to the team.
    2. Train team members to increase efficiency and quality.
    3. Resolving any relevant issues
  4. Cross-functional collaboration
    1. Collaborate with product, technology, sales, finance, or other teams to ensure workflows and business objectives are met.
    2. Consult and support cross-functional teams to launch new projects.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge:
    1. Requirements include knowledge of accounting, supply chains, project management, and business operations/procedures.
    2. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    3. Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
    4. Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office, databases, and business systems.
  2. Skills:
    1. Market research and analysis.
    2. Capabilities include strategic planning and execution, project management, collaboration, interpersonal skills, and data analysis and interpretation.
    3. Excellent presentation skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – Capable of collaborating well in cross-functional teams.
    4. Demonstrates strong organizational and management skills, as well as a willingness to learn, be creative, and adapt under pressure.
  3. Experience:
    1. Requirements for this position include 3-4 years of experience as an Operations Team Leader, Business Operations Analyst, or a similar role in retail or e-commerce.
    2. Experience managing a team.
