Sales Executive

Gohub is a travel eSIM company focused on Vietnam and APAC travelers, since 2018. We empower travelers with seamless connectivity, ensuring worry-free travel experiences and keeping our customers connected to what matters most – anywhere in the world.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2C Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales of our eSIM products to consumers in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with individual customers, educating them about the benefits of eSIM technology, and closing sales.

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed monthly B2C sales targets for eSIM products.
  • Handle and support prospective customers via multiple channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of eSIM technology and its value proposition to consumers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of eSIMs to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where relevant.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Who you are

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is essential. A third language will be a big advantage.

Working hours:

40 hours/week. Flexible working hours with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

  • Shift 1: 8h – 17h
  • Shift 2: 12h – 21h

Two flexible days off per week arranged by Team Lead.
