Job Description:
Content Planning:
- Develop comprehensive social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Blogs, and Website.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for timely delivery of content assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, incorporating insights into our content strategies.
Social Boosting:
- Work closely with the Performance Ads team to optimize targeting, bidding, and creative elements for enhanced results.
Social content production:
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality social media content, encompassing graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content assets, while tailoring messaging to suit each platform and audience segment.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices for content optimization and distribution.
- Occasionally, coordinate with internal teams to manage live streaming on E-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or digital marketing setting.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail, and an eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in influencer marketing and KOL management.
- Basic editing skills.
