Responsibilities:

Responsibility for onboarding new partners, ensuring all of them run smoothly

Manage and deliver orders from all sales channels

Manage partner systems such as Ecommerce, Telco,..
-
Operate internal and partner systems (ex: Sapo, Kiotviet, Shopee, Tiktokshop, Telco, etc..) to ensure users can use stable
-
Work with gross functions to resolve any operations issues

Execute tasks assigned by direct manager
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, ecommerce, or business administration

Familiar with order management, or other systems like this is a plus
-
Communicate in English
-
Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills
-
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
