What you will do
- Achieve and exceed monthly B2C sales targets for eSIM products.
- Handle and support prospective customers via multiple channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of eSIM technology and its value proposition to consumers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of eSIMs to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where relevant.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Who you are
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is essential. A third language will be a big advantage.

Working hours:
40 hours/week. Flexible working hours with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Shift 1: 8h – 17h
- Shift 2: 12h – 21h
Two flexible days off per week arranged by Team Lead.
