Gohub is building an integrated web/app platform to help global users connect to the internet anywhere in the world using our wide range of eSIM products (a $40B market globally). eSIM is disrupting the traditional telecom industry and we have been early in this race since 2018. We launched our first eSIM products in 2023, raised USD 500,000 seed funding, launched the first version of Gohub eSIM app in October and on track to $US 6M this year
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a B2B Growth Specialist (Senior/Lead) to help us expand Gohub’s B2B business — including telco partners, travel agents, distributors, and large corporate clients — globally.
You will specifically focus on business development to expand our business in various directions, including increasing our telco partnerships, exploring new sales channels, and developing key business initiatives.
Lead and oversee high-priority business projects from concept to execution, working closely with different teams to ensure alignment with company goals
How You’ll Make An Impact
  • B2B Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with telcos, travel agencies, distributors, and corporate clients to expand Gohub’s B2B footprint across Vietnam and APAC.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full B2B sales cycle — from market research and lead generation to pitching, contract negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
  • B2B Strategy & Execution: Develop and continuously refine our B2B go-to-market strategy, pricing model, and growth playbook in alignment with company goals.
  • Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, report on key growth metrics, and deliver measurable impact on revenue and partner acquisition.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and improve B2B offerings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, growth, or partnerships — ideally in telecom, travel tech, or SaaS.
  • A proven track record of generating and closing deals with partners or B2B clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build win-win business models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast-paced, resource-constrained, and impact-focused.
  • Highly self-motivated, structured thinker, and action-oriented.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in or with travel agencies, or international B2B distributors.
  • Prior experience launching a new market, product, or business line.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
