[HCM] Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Provide care, consultation, and support to customers encountering issues with travel SIM & eSIM products, including both Vietnamese and international customers.
  • Monitor and receive customer information through various sales channels such as Hotline/Zalo/FB/IG/E-commerce platforms, etc.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly according to the company’s support policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling complaints, persuading customers, and customer care is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Freshers without experience will be trained by the company.
  • Flexible working hours, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, rotating 24/7 shifts.
  • On-site work at Gohub’s office (located near Tan Son Nhat Airport).
  • High sense of responsibility, good attitude, straightforward, quick, and careful in work.
  • Dynamic, sharp, fluent, and flexible in communication.
  • Quickly resolve customer inquiries and complaints according to the company’s support policies.

  • Salary + performance-based bonus + sales-based bonus, total income ranges from 8-10 million VND/month.
  • Offer based on experience, senior and supervisor level income can reach up to 15-20 million VND/month.
