About Gohub
Gohub is a travel eSIM company focused on Vietnam and APAC travelers. We are building an integrated web/app platform to help global users connect to the internet anywhere in the world using our wide range of eSIM products (a $40B market globally). eSIM is disrupting the traditional telecom industry and we have been early in this race since 2018. We launched our first eSIM products in 2023, raised USD 500,000 in seed funding, launched the first version of the Gohub eSIM app in October and on track to scale ~4x in revenue to $US 4M this year.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Support the promotion of SIM Card & eSIM products to help expand the company’s customer base and identify potential revenue streams.
- Conduct research on potential customers, agents, and businesses, particularly in the international travel sector.
- Assist in analyzing product features, pricing, advantages, and challenges, as well as evaluating similar products in the market.
- Contribute to driving contract discussions by supporting promotional efforts and negotiations with customers.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with customers while expanding your network of potential clients.
- Provide support in nurturing existing business relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in delivering excellent customer care and contribute to developing loyal customer relationships.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for research and communication.
