About the opportunity
Gohub is building an integrated web/app platform to help global users connect to the internet anywhere in the world using our wide range of eSIM products (a $40B market globally). eSIM is disrupting the traditional telecom industry and we have been early in this race since 2018. We launched our first eSIM products in 2023, raised USD 500,000 seed funding, launched the first version of Gohub eSIM app in October and on track to scale ~4x in revenue to $US 4M this year.
As the Growth Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with our CEO – Buck Phan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/buckphan/) and will have a unique opportunity to view and understand a company’s day-to-day challenges and priorities from the vantage point of a CEO.
You will specifically focus on business development to expand our business in various directions, including expanding our telco partnerships, exploring new sales channels and developing key business initiatives.
Act as our CEO’s liaison, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external partners, while effectively managing expectations and timelines
Lead and oversee high-priority business projects from concept to execution, working closely with different teams to ensure alignment with company goals
Preferred experience
4+ years of experience; ideally a mix of management consulting, venture capital, or private equity, and product, business operations, strategy or growth
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, economics, or related discipline
This is a senior/manager-level position. We look for proven leadership experience and ambition for growth.

  • Excellent English is a must; proficiency in an additional language is a strong plus.
