Job Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Leader/Line Manager in operating tasks related to partnerships and affiliate marketing to build brand image and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership & Affiliate Management Support

Assist in managing relationships with partners and affiliate networks, coordinating communications, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements

Monitor and report on partner and affiliate performance metrics to identify trends, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign effectiveness

Handle daily tasks related to onboarding new partners and affiliates, updating contact databases, and ensuring a smooth communication flow

Operational Support & Task Coordination

Execute daily operational tasks for partner and affiliate marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting

Manage the distribution and updating of promotional materials to partners and affiliates, ensuring they are aligned with brand standards

Assist in tracking budgets and payments for affiliate networks, providing administrative support for invoicing and payments

Data Collection & Performance Analysis

Gather and organize data on partnership and affiliate marketing activities to generate insights and suggest areas for improvement

Support the preparation of performance reports and presentations to help inform decision-making and strategic planning

Work with internal teams to collect feedback and optimize operational processes

Qualifications:
-
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Available to work full-time with a flexible schedule

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated interest in marketing partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing operations.

Canva (for doing Proposal/draft idea)

Ielts 6.0 or above is preferable

Ability to use AI tools, Word/Excel
