Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver SIM/ESIM orders from all sales channels
- Follow up order status and work with customers, related departments and logistics partners to resolve any order issues.
- Operate internal systems and ensure users can use stable
- Execute tasks assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or business administration
- Familiar with order management, or other systems like this is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in shifts
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
