Job Overview
As our first Product Manager, you will build a roadmap, drive a cross-functional team to deliver the best travel eSIM experience to our users across platforms, and ultimately, be the key driving force behind our users and revenue growth.
This role will be part of leadership team and work very closely with our founders. We’re looking for truly exceptional people with lots of grits, an experimental, open mindset, and most importantly, someone who are excited to build amazing tech products for global users (half of our users are from all over the world).
What you will do

Own the product roadmap, meticulously outlining your vision for our mobile and web apps. Collaborate side-by-side with designers and developers to ensure flawless launches, on-time delivery, and a user experience that’s both smooth and efficient.

Partner strategically with both technical and GTM teams throughout development. Foster open communication to bridge the gap between product vision, user needs, and technical feasibility. Identify roadblocks early, devise creative solutions, and stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on emerging technologies for product innovation.

Become the company’s product expert. Analyze user data with a keen eye, identify user behavior patterns, and translate those insights into actionable improvements. This continuous cycle of data analysis and optimization will drive product evolution and user satisfaction.
What success looks like

In the near-term, you will lead the development and launch of Gohub eSIM app. You will then collaborate with design and engineering to continuously iterate and roll out improvements and new eSIM features across our platforms.

In the long-term, you will be responsible for developing and articulating a long-term strategy for Gohub’s market dominance. This includes identifying and implementing app features that drive customer retention and acquisition, such as loyalty programs, rewards, or tax refund functionalities. You will be the primary communicator of the value proposition of these features to the BOD and internal teams.

User and revenue growth will be your “north stars” – this is how we evaluate business impact and align goals/efforts throughout the company.
Who you are

3+ years of experience crafting exceptional tech products, ideally honed within a fast-paced startup environment. Bonus points for those who thrived in early-stage ventures!

You possess a deep well of product development knowledge, wielding metrics and data-driven hypotheses to measure impact, especially during critical early development phases.

You understand the power of UI/UX principles and have a keen eye for the retail landscape. Experience in B2C/retail tech, telecom, or similar fields is a major plus!
